Dimitris M. Marinou (FCCA) – Managing Director

Graduated from North East London Polytechnic in 1982. Became member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 1984. Became member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) in 1985. Held various positions in ICPAC committees along the years, served as a member of the Board of one of the largest Public and Listed Companies as well as President of the Cooperative Banks Audit Committee for 3 years.

Dimitris is specialised in M&As, investments/divestments and IPOs.

Philippos A. Philippou (CPA) – Director

Graduated from Montclair State University New Jersey in 1990. Became member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1993. After almost 10 years of valuable experience in the US market relocated back to Cyprus and became member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) in 2002.

Held various positions at ICPAC committees most important of which held at the moment at ICPAC VAT Committee as a member representing the region of Larnaca and Famagusta (same position previously held again for 10 years).

Philippos is specialised in VAT and most specifically in property VAT.

Michael A. Mitas (FCCA)  –  Audit Manager

Graduated from PA College Larnaca in 2003. Became member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2008. Became member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) in 2009. Member of the ICPAC Educational Committee for the last 7 years.

Michalis is specialised in complex audit engagements for groups of Companies including Consolidated Financial Statements.

Marinos D. Marinou  (ACA) – Consulting Manager

Graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2011. Became member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2015. Currently undergoing Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Level 1. Member of International Tax Planning Association (ITPA).

Marinos is specialised in International Tax Planning and Corporate Services.

Ioannis P. Georgiou Tax Manager

Graduated from the American Academy Larnaca in 1986. Obtained LCCI Higher in Accounting in 1986.

Ioannis is specialised in Capital Statements preparation and submission for Cyprus Tax Residents, Tax/VAT registrations, obtaining of Tax/VAT rulings as well as Tax clearances for Companies and Individuals.
